The closing party is going on full swing out (and around, and in) the Radisson pool. There's food, drinks, Pearl, Phil...the only thing missing is our champion. And Matt Brady, Johan Storackers and Jeff Papola are working on that.

Once everyone had a chance to attack the buffet and hit the bars Phil took up the mike and invited everyone to join him in the pool. PROVIDED, he stressed, that no one go past the volleyball net strung about 20 feet from the stage. Because, of course, the band uses lots of electric equipment and if the wrong gizmo got splashed, well, heh heh, everyone could be electrocuted. So, keep away from the stage!

Phil also took some time to speak to P0Ker H0 about how he got knocked out of the main event...



Changing the subject as quickly as possible, Phil introduced the band and without further ado it was time for the band Pearl to take the stage. Seize the stage, more like:



And then Phil joined about 30 other people in the aquatic mosh pit just before the stage:



The party's still going strong, the tournament is too...the 2008 Aruba Poker Classic is refusing to go gently into that good night. Which we all pretty much expected, right?
