A Great WSOP

What a month
 
This month by far was the most exciting, hectic, chaotic and fun month that I can remember. To begin with in the 1k rebuy I was only in for 9k with about five min left in the rebuy when I flopped a set of kings only to loose to runner runner flush, gg. Then in the 2k no limit we were 100 players from the money I had 29k about average, when I wake up with 9s in the big blind middle position makes it 9k I call. Flop comes 9 7 2 rainbow I check, he shoves. Im not good enough to fold top set. The donkey turns over 8s, turns an 8, rivers an 8 gg p0ker h0, the worst beat I have ever taken in my life.

Life sucked after that beat but it got a lot better two nights later at the UB party. UB threw the sickest party EVER at the fantasy tower at the Palms. Great food, great friends, great times and I even had acouple of cocktails. The best part was meeting all of the UB players that I play with all year long and have never had a chance to meet. I love meeting the players for the first time and making new friends.

The main event for me was quick. It's really a shame because I was looking forward to this all year long. To make a short story short, it was level 3 and the blinds were 100 and 200, a first position limped for the millionth time, I called on the button as did 8 others, and I was holding Ah 9h. The flop came Kh 9s 2h for some reason I fell in love with this flop, I don't even want to put in writing how bad I played this hand.. lets just say gg p0ker h0
   
After my evening of pouting with my good friend Captin Morgan and Diet Coke, some really cool opportunities came my way. One of the highlights for me was being a part of Phil's Main Event entrance. I drove the jeep for "general" Phil and got to walk the red carpet of the Rio with Phil and 11 of the hottest girls I have ever seen. The cameras and the crowd went nuts! Phil is so good at shameless promotions. It was a blast!

    

The next day we started auditions for the next "The Best Damn Poker Show 2." Victor Bigio, Keith Woernle and myself did auditions for 80-100 players for the casting of the upcoming show.
