This morning I headed down to the seminar that Annie Duke was giving. Even though I've heard a lot of it before, you can never learn enough and a refresher before the main event was great. About 2 hours into the seminar I had to run out to find a hoodie as the ballroom is freezing!! Hollywood Dave, Tiffany Michelle, Tracy Scala and I all looked great in our matching UB hoodies and it took the edge off the cold. After the seminar they broke up the class into tables with a pro at each table to do hand analysis. I didn't want to teach as I'd rather take advantage of the knowledge being given out so I was just hovering around observing. Poker Ho called me over and I sat at his table for a bit and then they switched up teachers and Tracy came over. We played a hand where everyone folded to me on the button and I raised with J3. Small blind folds, BB calls. I miss the flop and I bet out 400 and as I bet out my hand shakes. The BB folds. We turn over our hands and Tracy says "Scott except for the tell you played it perfectly." I said," That ain't no tell, I'm freezing!!" Tomorrow I'm wearing socks!! Opening party tonight.
